I don’t understand quotes or reblogs like this. So what are you trying to say? It’s God or nothing? It’s God or the Devil? I get that people raise their kids to believe in God in hopes to help them make the right decision growing up, but what about those of us who grew up believing in God and we don’t anymore? Does that make us wrong? Does that make us Devil worshipers?
I don’t think it does.
I may not believe in God, not the way that everyone else in the world does but I surely do not believe in the Devil either. I believe in an underworld, but I do not believe in Hell.
I believe that if there is a HELL, we’re in it, RIGHT NOW.
Or maybe we’re in the middle part, stuck on some fucked up battle ground that God created to see who is worthy of taking a place beside him for all flippin eternity.
Nah, maybe not. Maybe we’re just in hell.
The thing about religion that has irritated me the most lately is that those who believe in God feel the need to shove it in our faces who don’t that we’re wrong. That we’re lost. That we’re troubled. That we’re hopeless. But those of us who don’t believe in God? We have better things to do then to make you feel like shit because you don’t believe what we believe in.
I respect that you believe in God. I get it, really, I do. But do NOT come at me saying I’m lost and hopeless. God won’t save you from my fist that’s about to make contact with your face.
Just sayin.
